SAP SF Employee Central Service Center: It is a central place for employees and HR service representatives to view, request, store, share, organize, and prioritize all HR related issues and information.


SAP SF Learning Analytics:
i. It combines the analytic and reporting capabilities of SAP SF Workforce Analytics with learning metrics standards to deliver powerful insight to Chief Learning Officers, and HR and Learning professionals wanting to better understand the impact of training across their organization.
ii. It also help you understand how, where and to whom training is delivered and through this understanding can help measure the efficiency of internal and external training sources and the overall impact of training experiences on employees.
iii. It delivers metrics related to the volume, type, cost and effectiveness of the training courses provided by your organization, as well as to the mix of attendees, by org structure, employment type, tenure, gender or age group.

SAP SF Limited Disaster Recovery Overview: SAP SF BizX and LMS subscriptions include the Standard disaster recovery services.


Standard disaster recovery services: As part of the “Standard” disaster recovery option, SAP delivers a redundancy service that includes full weekly database backups to disk and restoration of service from these backups if a disaster occurs.


BizX: It is software that delivers business results by driving business alignment, optimizing people performance and building competitive advantage through people.


Enhanced disaster recovery service: Included with subscription to SAP SF Employee Central and Employee Central + SAP Payroll. It is also available for SAP SF BizX and LMS subscriptions for an additional cost.
